Message from Varsity Head Coach Vic Pitton
(re: 2007/2008 Season)
The St. Francis basketball program thanks you from the bottom of our hearts for the spirited support shown toward all 3 teams, and, especially, the support given for the varsity playoff run. The cheering sections we had at Arco Arena for both the Section championship and the Nor-Cal championship are never to be forgotten. The spirit that was exhibited typified all that is good about being a part of St. Francis. Also, our last home game against Wilcox was the highest attended sporting event in the history of St. Francis. The positive support for both teams is what high school sports is all about. The atsmosphere in our gym was electric and competitive, but it was all channelled in a positive fashion.
Our season was special. Your support made it that much more.
~Coach Vic
