SFHS Fall 2008 Cross Country Team/Program
Conditioning Camp will be held at Lake Tahoe from August 7-10.
Official practice starts on Monday, August 18th; meet in the gym at 3:15pm.

Congratulations to our 2007 Cross Country Teams!
- Delta League Champions
- Frosh/Soph - 2nd overall
- JV - 3rd overall
- Varsity - 3rd overall
- Varsity - advanced to the State Championships for the 10th consecutive year
The Frosh/Soph Cross Country Team placed second, but was only one point away from first place. Our JV team put in a great race as well and placed third. Varsity was in a tough situation with four good teams competing for only 3 spots to go to State Championships... it was a very exciting race with a close score when the results were handed out. Ponderosa was first with 45 points, Woodcreek took second with 74 points, and St. Francis achieved third place with 75 points. Oak Ridge placed fourth with 77 points.
Varsity moves on to State Championships for the 10th consecutive year, the longest streak of any girls' team in our Section.
