Technology Internship
Course ID: 012

Post

The Technology Internship Program trains students to become digital media, technology, and computer science leaders. It exists to help improve the use of technology on campus, to enhance learning and innovation, and to encourage students to pursue studies in one of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) fields.

The program is centered on each individual student’s passion for using technology. Students can pursue a wide array of possibilities ranging from blogging and providing tech support to learning how to code and managing a website. The only requirement for this program is a deep interest in technology. (Any student who may want to take AP Computer Science Principles or AP Computer Science A in the future is strongly encouraged to pursue this internship.) Throughout the semester, students will be expected to interact and engage with faculty, staff, and students in a courteous, respectful manner. As friendly faces in the technology office, they will be required to answer questions and provide support in a patient, understanding fashion.
