All members of the community are encouraged to share their gifts in order to enrich the greater community. Liturgies, prayer services, retreats, community events and service projects are the result of people sharing their gifts and talents.
Christian Service
Christian Service is a graduation requirement based on responding to the Gospel's call to serve and living out St. Francis High School's four pillars: faith, excellence, leadership, and service. When a young woman graduates from St. Francis High School, our hope and goal is that she leaves with a sense of justice and a passion to serve those in need.
Through our Christian Service Program, students are given many opportunities for service through whole-school projects, such as annual Advent Giving, and also through a variety of community-based organizations.

School-wide liturgies and prayer services mark key moments in the liturgical and school year. These events are mandatory and students are required to wear formal uniform. In lieu of the Eucharist, non-Catholic students are encouraged to receive a blessing. Parents are welcome to attend (sign-in at the front office).

Campus Ministry Support Team
Acknowledging that parents are the primary teachers of faith, family is where the spirit is nurtured, and Catholic schools support these efforts, Campus Ministry has formed a support team of parents to assist in Family Ministry at our school.
This team is a group of parents who assist in bringing parent support and involvement into Campus Ministry events and programs. They meet four times per year in formal meetings and assist at various events and functions throughout the year. A year long commitment is requested.
If you are interested in joining others to vision and plan opportunities for families to grow in faith together, please contact Linda Norman.
Retreats
Students of each grade level have an opportunity to take time away from their busy school life to explore their spirituality, self, and relationships with God and others. All students, regardless of faith background, are strongly encouraged to attend a retreat each year while at SFHS.
When students return to school at the end of August, we immediately begin registration for the year's retreats. Students attending optional retreats are encouraged to carefully select their retreat dates by taking into consideration their academic and extra-curricular schedules.
