Mass begins at 5pm (participants must arrive by 4pm)
St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (26th & K)
All are welcome to help celebrate the theme of unity with the sophomore class at this timely Mass. The Gospel reading for the day is the story of Jesus and the Disciples on the road to Emmaus; the revealing story of seeing and connecting with Christ in our midst. At this point in our Sophomore students' journey at St. Francis, they are energized with a sense of class community and the ring celebrates this connection to each other and to the school. In this celebration of the Eucharist, the students are challenged to find Christ in their daily activities on campus, at home, and in their world.
Come join us as we celebrate the gift of community and the risen Jesus. For more information, contact Mr. Tholcke in Campus Ministry, 452-3461, ext. 165.
