We are thrilled that you are considering joining our incredible sisterhood. Below, you’ll find key dates and events to guide you through the admissions process for the Class of 2031. From Open House to Shadow Days and the High School Placement Test, each milestone is designed to help you explore all that St. Francis has to offer. We look forward to walking alongside you every step of the way!

August 10, 2026 Class of 2031 application for admission opens
September 1, 2026 Shadow Day signups open
September 27, 2026 Open House (12:00-3:00 pm). RSVP today!
October 7, 2026 Student Shadow Days for 8th grade girls and prospective transfer students begin. 
Catholic K-8 schools and some private schools will schedule their shadow day as a class.
October 29, 2026 Kaleidoscope (Fall Theater Festival)
November 3, 2026 Parent Shadow Day (8:30-10:00 am and 12:00-1:30 pm)
(Parents who have completed an online inquiry form will be invited via email)
November 17, 2026 Parent Shadow Day (12:00-1:30 pm)
(Parents who have completed an online inquiry form will be invited via email)
November 19, 2026 Dance Show (The Playground Chronicles)
December 4, 2026 Christmas Concert
January 8, 2027 CLASS OF 2031 APPLICATIONS DUE
The online application is due along with the $50 application fee.
A completed application serves as registration for the High School Placement Test.
January 8, 2027 CLASS OF 2031 APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL AID DUE
The FACTS service is used to evaluate financial aid applications.
An application fee of $37 is charged by FACTS.
January 9, 2027 High School Placement Test (7:45 am-12:00 pm)
Prospective Parent Town Hall 8:15-9:30 am
January 15, 2027 Deadline to submit student video & receive completed principal and teacher recommendations, transcripts, and standardized test scores.
January 16, 2027 Makeup High School Placement Test (8:00 am-12:15 pm)
Week of February 8, 2027 Admissions decisions shared
February 2027 Placement auditions for Choir, Dance, Orchestra, and Show Choir

February 20, 2027 Optional Challenge Tests in Math and Foreign Languages
March 10, 2027 Welcome Troubies! Class of 2031 Freshman Welcome Night
