Student Leadership
Explore. Serve. Lead. Inspire.
Leadership at St. Francis isn't just about holding a title—it's about making a meaningful impact. The Student Leadership Course is required for Student Body Officers and Class Council Officers. This course equips elected student leaders with the skills, knowledge, and ethical foundation needed to serve their peers and strengthen the entire St. Francis community. Balancing theoretical learning with real-world application, students engage in collaborative projects, reflection exercises, and direct work with school leadership to develop the competencies needed to lead with confidence and purpose. Working alongside fellow officers and guided by committed faculty advisors, student leaders become the bridge between students, faculty, administration, and families while championing school spirit and creating memorable experiences for all.

School-Wide Activities & Events: Plan, organize, and execute signature events that bring the community together. From spirit weeks and pep rallies to formal dances and cultural celebrations, student leaders create experiences that students remember long after graduation.
School Spirit Initiatives: Cultivate pride and unity across the student body. Lead campaigns, coordinate traditions, and develop creative ways to celebrate what makes St. Francis special while ensuring all students feel connected to their school community.
Student Advocacy & Representation: Serve as the voice of the student body to faculty, administration, and parent organizations. Advocate for student needs, share perspectives on school policies, and contribute to important decisions that affect the entire community.
