Special Message From The Dean Of Students – 11.15.16

Email blast

Dear Families,

St. Francis Catholic High School has been selected to host “DUI Court in Schools” as part of a pro-active effort to prevent issues surrounding underage drinking and impaired driving. Transferring a DUI sentencing from the county courthouse to a local school educates students about the judicial process and legal consequences. During the course of the assembly, the gym becomes an actual Superior Court with Judge Laurie Earl presiding.

Parents are invited to a special presentation in the CLC on Thursday, November 17th at 7:00 p.m. with Judge Laurie Earl and District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert. This special presentation is very informative. It will assist parents in opening the dialogue with their children about this assembly. We hope parents will come and take advantage of this unique opportunity. Please feel free to contact Mrs.Cynthia Cost, Dean, with any questions.  ccost@stfrancishs.org

Thank you.
