Important Message from Lincoln Snyder, Executive Director of Catholic Schools

Email blast

Dear St. Francis Families,

I’m sharing a memorandum from our Superintendent, Lincoln Snyder. While the message is directed to Catholic Elementary School Parents and Guardians, it applies to all K-12 schools in the Diocese, and I encourage you to take a moment to read it.

Mr. Snyder was complimentary of the protocols and testing we have implemented at St. Francis and Jesuit High School.  Cases of Covid clusters have been the result of off-campus gatherings, not on campus contact. He also reminded us that, should travel be a part of your holiday plans, choosing to distance learn upon your return shows compassion to your cohort.

By remaining vigilant and adhering to the use of face coverings, physical distancing, and proper hygiene, we can mitigate the transmission of this terrible virus.

In order for us to remain open as a Diocese, we need to work together to maintain the low COVID infection rates and be able to return to in-person instruction after the holidays. I know we can overcome this terrible pandemic if we all work together.

Sincerely,

Elias Mendoza
Principal
