Principal’s Newsletter 10/05/18
Dear St. Francis Families,
We had another fantastic week at St. Francis! Yesterday we celebrated the Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi, and our Troubies had an amazing time interacting with one another, our faculty, and staff. Thank you to all the parent volunteers that came out and made the event possible. It takes a small army to put on this school-wide event, and we couldn’t do it without your help.
As we transition into autumn, let’s embrace the early setting sun, the golden, amber hues of fall, the crisp morning air, and the realization that even Mother Nature needs some time to replenish her foliage. As we prepare ourselves for the months ahead, remember to make time to rest, and to thank our God of all Creation for the majestic beauty that surrounds us.
I would also ask that you pray for the many people afflicted by natural disasters in recent weeks. May they find solace in God’s love.
St. Francis of Assisi pray for us!
Pax et Bonum (peace and goodness),
