Theresa (Ross) Wiebold ‘08
Engineering Program Manager, Cisco Systems, Inc.
Theresa Wiebold is an Engineering Program Manager with Cisco
System’s Security and Trust Organization. She is a leader within
Cisco’s Secure Development Lifecycle and the Advanced Security
Initiatives Group teams. Theresa works to identify and mitigate
risk within these teams through gray-box manual penetration
tests.
Theresa is an Army veteran with ten years of US Government
experience, leading cross-functional teams in high-stress,
demanding situations both stateside and abroad. Her military and
government experience made Theresa skilled in researching and
delivering high-visibility formal written reports and briefings
directly and concisely to large and senior audiences. She is
adept at operating in ambiguous environments and managing
personnel and resources effectively to ensure adaptability and
flexibility.
Theresa holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity Strategy and
Information Management from The George Washington University and
a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Gonzaga University.
She is a life-long learner achieving certifications such as U.S.
Army Jumpmaster, Airborne, Air Assault, and Combatives as well as
the Professional Scrum Master certification.
