Fentanyl is an extremely potent synthetic opioid fentanyl is appearing as — colorful pills and powders that look like candy or sidewalk chalk. It has even been found inside candies (similar to skittles) and in vapes. Fentanyl is as much as 100 times stronger than morphine,  Just a few milligrams —the size of salt grains — can be enough to kill.
