Ways to Give to SFHS

Fundraising is a vital part our culture. We are committed to continuing the St. Francis traditions of faith, leadership, excellence and service.

While tuition covers roughly 85 percent of the operating budget of the school, additional resources are necessary to carry a St. Francis education forward. Through gifts of time, talent, and treasure, the philanthropy of our community supports outstanding programs and facilities, and provides tuition assistance to more than 24 percent of our families.

Tennis Defeats Folsom, Granite Bay to Take NorCal Title

ROSEVILLE, Calif. – The St. Francis tennis team defeated Granite Bay Saturday 7-1 at Johnson Ranch Racquet Club to take the NorCal Tournament title. SF advanced to the finals with a 6-2 win over Folsom Saturday morning.

Sophomore Alisha Anwar posted two victories on the day, including a come-from-behind three-set win at No. 2 in the semifinalsover Ava Brown. Senior Myra Anwar was a straight-set winner in both of her matches and Adihi Benush tallied two victories at No. 3.

In doubles juniors Peyton Spellacy and Bianca Ariza recorded two straight set wins, defeating Kyla Mimashira and Brenna Johnson of Granite Bay in the finals.

St. Francis will next play Oak Ridge in a scrimmage on August 30 before starting Delta League play with a home match against Franklin on Sept. 4.
