The golf team continues postseason play at the Sac-Joaquin Section Master’s at the Reserve at Spanos Park in Stockton on Monday, Nov. 2. Tennis hosts a section playoff match at Rio Del Oro on Tuesday, Nov. 3 against an opponent to be determined. Match time is 2 p.m. Water Polo and volleyball playoff schedules will be announced this week. See the athletics website for the announcement of dates and times. Cross Country will participate in the Sac-Joaquin Subsection on Saturday, Nov. 7 in Angels Camp.

Tennis Receives First Round By in Sections

After tying for the Delta League Championship and winning the tiebreaker with Franklin, the St. Francis tennis team earned the league’s top seed and bye for the first round. Read the complete release, here.

Jackson Sisters win Delta League Doubles Title

Sophomores Kyla and Kiya Jackson won the Delta League doubles title with 4-6, 6-4, 6-1 victory in the finals Wednesday and senior Avery Spector lost a tight match in the singles final 6-3, 6-3. Both will advance to the Sac-Joaquin Section singles and doubles championships next week by virtue of reaching the league finals.

College Commitment Celebration

The first National Letter of Intent and college commitment celebration will be held on Wednesday, November 11 at 9 a.m. in the Campus Life Center. While the school will be closed in observance of Veteran’s Day, the event will still be held in conjunction with the NCAA Signing Date. The event will be streamed live online on TroubieTV.
