2017 Under Armour AVCA Underclassman Phenom list

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Sophomore volleyball player Alexa Edwards has been named to the 2017 Under Armour AVCA Underclassman Phenom list.

Edwards ranked 10th in Division I in the state of California in kills (449) and 35th in kills per set (4.65). She has also recorded 296 digs with 46 blocks.

Athletes recognized on the Phenom List have been identified by the AVCA as elite rising high school volleyball student-athletes. These athletes are underclassmen who have received some form of recognition for their outstanding play (All-State, Prep Volleyball, USA Volleyball Team, etc.). These athletes will be eligible to participate in the AVCA Phenom College Prep Program, an invitation only event.
