2025-26 School Year Tuition is $17,300 plus $800 non-refundable registration fee.

St. Francis Catholic High School contracts with FACTS to evaluate financial aid applications and provide guidance to St. Francis. An application fee of $37 is charged and paid to FACTS for this service. If you have additional students at other schools that use FACTS you will only need to complete one application to FACTS and pay one fee. Complete FACTS application here

All incoming and transfer applicants and families with a student at St. Francis are eligible for financial aid.

St. Francis offers three different payment plans to help you fit tuition into your budget:

  • Annual Payment Option: Annual due July 1st
  • Semi-Annual Payment Option: due July 1st and November 1st
  • Ten-Month Payment Plan: due July through April

Our financial aid is based on financial need only. FACTS determines your need based on the information given to them. Many factors are considered including household salary, income tax return, the number of children in tuition based schools, assets owned, etc. Only by applying will you find out if you qualify.

Financial Aid is offered for one school year. Applications must be submitted annually with current information in order for a family to be considered for assistance.

FACTS will direct you as to what documents are required.

The financial aid provided is based on financial need of the family. Unfortunately, we do not provide discounts if more than one student is attending our school.

No. All aid is strictly based on financial need.

Where both parents assume or have financial responsibility for the student’s education, the income of both parents is considered. If separated or divorced, each financially responsible parent or guardian must complete a separate financial aid application.

Meeting the deadlines is extremely important as we have a limited amount of financial aid available.  Late applicants must contact Sarah Otto at 916-737-5042 to apply. Late applicants will be considered after the initial applications have been processed.

Contact Sarah Otto at 916-737-5042 regarding your situation. You will need to provide specific documentation showing the changes in financial status. No financial aid will be considered without submission of the FACTS application and required documentation.

If you have additional questions about the process you can contact FACTS directly at 1.866.315.9262 or Sarah Otto at 916-737-5042.
