Mark your calendars with the important dates for the 2025-2026 school year:
All incoming students are provided a school-issued Chromebook to use while attending SFHS. Students must attend a pick-up and training session, scheduled at various times throughout the summer. During this session, students will be familiarized with the Chromebook and learn about the software platforms used during the school year. To sign up for a session, please register here. Please note: Summer school students will get their Chromebook and training during their summer course and do not need to sign up for an additional pick-up session. Questions? Reach out to sftech@stfrancishs.org.
Students may begin earning service credit as early as June 1st for the 2025-2026 school year. Click here for more detailed information about Christian Service Hours.
Please consult the 2025-26 Book List before purchasing any books. Books can be purchased through our Bookstore or other sites. Don’t forget that wherever you purchase your books, the ISBN must match the ones on our booklist exactly.
Here is a list of courses that require summer assignments and a description of what needs to be completed prior to the first day of school on August 11th.
Chromebooks left dormant during the summer can result in battery failure and device malfunction. We recommend students turn on their Chromebooks every two weeks to make sure they are functioning properly. Contact SFTech@stfrancishs.org or stop by the office M-F, 7:30am -3:00pm with Chromebook issues.
Over this past year, the Technology department has been monitoring the performance of school-issued Chromebooks. We have noticed that many apps and extensions downloaded by students are slowing down the Chromebooks due to high memory use and tracking. Due to this, on June 1, the school will be limiting the types of apps and extensions available to download on the school-issued Chromebooks to only those that are approved by the school.
Student schedules will be emailed to Troubiemail accounts and
parent emails June 30. While we have done our best to minimize
course conflicts, there may be times when we are unable to honor
all requests. This may occur when a student requests classes that
are offered simultaneously during the same block, such as
Advanced Placement, Honors, or specialty classes like Student
Leadership. Additionally, when classes reach capacity (for
example, Yoga) we have substituted another course in the same
department. These substitutions or omissions are not considered a
mistake.
For questions, please reach out to counseling@stfrancishs.org.
Counselors will be available in August to answer specific
schedule questions.
Final Forms is the official online registration process for parents and students, used for back-to-school forms, including medical and emergency information, and forms that are required prior to participation in athletics at St. Francis. Parents of student-athletes, particularly those competing in fall sports, should register their daughters on FinalForms as soon as possible. All parents will need to complete their students’ back-to-school registration information no later than August 7th. If you have any questions about logging into your account, please reach out to SFTech@stfrancishs.org.
Graduating seniors are welcome to keep their school-issued Chromebook. They have been emailed instructions on how to deprovision and set the Chromebook up as a personal device.
Semester Grades: Second semester grades will be available for parents and students in the PowerSchool Portal on June 2, 2025. Semester grades are listed on the official transcript and include the final letter grade for year-long and semester classes.
Senior Parents: On June 4, 2025, seniors’ records will be updated to “graduated” and both students and parents will no longer be able to view student information in PowerSchool.
One of our favorite traditions is seniors painting parking spaces to benefit our scholarship programs. Students may personalize their parking spot by creating a design that reflects their interests and/or shows school spirit. Designs must be pre-approved by the administration prior to painting and cannot violate the tenets of St. Francis Catholic High School.
