How do I know if St. Francis is the right fit for my child?”

We offer Parent Shadow Days to parents of 8th grade girls and prospective high school transfer students on November 19 & 20, 2025. As you make the important decision of choosing the high school that will be the best fit for your daughter, we would like to invite you to campus to meet with our school leaders and students to learn more about the St. Francis advantage and the return on investment of a St. Francis education.

The Parent Shadow Day program will give you the opportunity to hear from and ask questions of our students as well as our Leadership team, including the Principal, Assistant Principals, Campus Ministry, and the Counseling and College Center. Parents who have completed an online inquiry will be invited via email.

Why an all-girls school?

Our students have distinct advantages that an all-girls education offers, and national studies support this. Backed by research and data from the International Coalition of Girls Schools, these advantages are felt by every St. Francis student and alumna.

What is the deadline for applications?

One January 8, 2026, the Class of 2030 Applications for Admission is due along with a $50 application fee. A completed application serves as registration for the High School Placement Test. *After January 9th applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with admissions decisions following within 21 days.

Are scholarships available?

What subjects are on the HSPT?

We begin the day with a thirty-minute writing prompt designed by the St. Francis English department. Students are then tested on verbal skills, quantitative skills, reading, math, and language skills. Learn more about the HSPT here.
