Fundraising Events

Fundraising events engage our school community and secure financial support to strengthen and sustain the school’s operational and long-term financial needs. The Advancement Office hosts three key events that engage our entire community and provide the essential funds needed for scholarship assistance for students in need, enriched academic programs, life-changing faith experiences, top-tier arts, and athletic offerings, provision and upkeep of superior facilities, and other expenses not covered by tuition. Earn Parent Hours for Next Year!

Get a jump start on your Parent Service Hours for next year! The Advancement Department needs the following donations and volunteer service.

The volunteer commitment for the 2025-26 school year remains 25 hours per family (for ALL grade levels). Family service hours can be earned by parents, step-parents, grandparents, and guardians.

Auction Item Pickup

We still have many live or silent auction items that need to be picked up in the Advancement office and we want to make sure you have the opportunity to collect them. 

You’re welcome to reach out via email or phone to schedule a convenient time for pickup. While items will be held through the end of the school year, we strongly encourage you to arrange pickup as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact Abbey Campbell, (916) 215-2740.

A Legacy in Full Bloom: 42nd Annual Auction
The St. Francis community gathered on March 8th for the annual fundraising auction, "Legacy in Bloom," raising over $325,000 to support students and enhance classrooms for future learning.

42nd Annual Auction. St. Francis Catholic High School Sacramento, CASaturday, March 8th was an evening to remember, as hundreds of alumnae, parents, faculty, and community members gathered at St. Francis for our annual fundraising auction. This event has become more than just a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of what truly makes St. Francis special: our strong, supportive community and our collective commitment to the future of our students.
