Retreat Registrations for the 2025-26 Year
Retreat registration is open for the 2025-26 academic year. If a family already has an existing Campbrain account, please use that to register for any of this year’s retreats. Please remember to make sure that each Troubie’s profile has their correct grade for this academic year. Unfortunately, Campbrain does not automatically update a student’s grade. Financial aid and payment plans are available for the Sophomore, Junior, and Kairos retreats; please don’t let financial concerns prevent a student from attending.

Sports Physicals: Please make sure you have a current sports physical completed and uploaded to FinalForms. No student can participate in any off season training or tryouts for any sports until this is completed. If you have any questions please email Kelly Ketcham.
Fall Sports Start Date and Tryouts: Fall Sports officially start on Monday August 4th. Each sport has their own process for tryouts and roster formation. Please make sure you are registered for your fall sport on FinalForms so you are getting the most up to date tryout information. Please note student athletes will only be allowed to try out for one fall sport. They can not go to 2 different sports for tryout week. They will have to choose which sport they want to try out for. Book Ordering Procedure
Your bookstore is built around a course-driven system that ensures you order and receive the right book, right on time. Your textbooks and course materials are shipped from a state-of-the-art warehouse. As you purchase your course materials, keep your eyes open for Guaranteed Buyback titles. When you select these in-demand items, you will see the minimum amount you can expect when you sell your books back.* This lets you take into account the actual cost of ownership for each GBB title. Our books are covered by a flexible and concise return policy that makes sense.
Final Forms
Final Forms is the official online registration process for parents and students, used for back-to-school forms, including medical and emergency information, and forms that are required prior to participation in athletics at St. Francis. Parents of student-athletes, particularly those competing in fall sports, should register their daughters on FinalForms as soon as possible. All parents will need to complete their students’ back-to-school registration information no later than August 7th. If you have any questions about logging into your account, please reach out to SFTech@stfrancishs.org.
Chromebooks During the Summer
Chromebooks left dormant during the summer can result in battery failure and device malfunction. We recommend students turn on their Chromebooks every two weeks to make sure they are functioning properly. Contact SFTech@stfrancishs.org or stop by the office M-F, 7:30am -3:00pm with Chromebook issues.
Schedules 2025-2026
Student schedules were emailed to Troubiemail accounts and parent
emails June 30. While we have done our best to minimize course
conflicts, there may be times when we are unable to honor all
requests. This may occur when a student requests classes that are
offered simultaneously during the same block, such as Advanced
Placement, Honors, or specialty classes like Student Leadership.
Additionally, when classes reach capacity (for example, Yoga) we
have substituted another course in the same department. These
substitutions or omissions are not considered a mistake.
For questions, please reach out to counseling@stfrancishs.org.
Counselors will be available in August to answer specific
schedule questions.
MySchoolBucks
The Serra Court Café is cashless and uses MySchoolBucks for all student meal accounts. If you are new to the school, you can set up a free MySchoolBucks account by following the instructions on our website. Parents/students can also drop a check off in the front office payable to St. Francis Catholic High School to avoid online fees. Please include your daughter’s name and year on the memo line. Students may also bring cash to the register in Serra Court Cafe to have funds added to their account.
All new families will be emailed login credentials and instructions in late July 2025. Current families can continue to use their current login information.
Chromebook Insurance
Parents are encouraged to purchase supplemental insurance offered by the school through our vendor, Securranty. Chromebook Insurance can be purchased for $34.95 a year. Securranty will provide coverage for device malfunction, accidental damage, loss, theft, and standard perils. We strongly recommend all students purchase insurance by August 31, 2025. Insurance must be purchased annually for policies to remain current. To purchase insurance, click here.
