Sports Physicals: please make sure you have a current sports physical completed and uploaded to FinalForms. No student can participate in any off season training or tryouts for any sports until this is completed. If you have any questions please email Kelly Ketcham.

Section Dead Period: Our section has a mandatory dead period from July 1st-July 14th. If you have emailed one of our coaches and haven’t heard back, you can expect them to respond when the dead period ends on July 15th. During the dead period coaches can not hold St. Francis team activities or communicate with athletes or families during this time. Thank you for your patience when waiting for their response.

Offseason Training: Many fall sports will be resuming optional preseason workouts on Monday July 15th. Please make sure you are signed up for any sport you are interested in on FinalForms to make sure you are getting all the latest updates from our coaches. This is the only way that coaches can communicate with students and parents.

Fall Sports Start Date and Tryouts: Fall Sports officially start on Monday August 4th. Each sport has their own process for tryouts and roster formation. Please make sure you are registered for your fall sport on FinalForms so you are getting the most up to date tryout information. Please note student athletes that want to tryouts for flag football and volleyball will have to choose which sport they want to try out for.  Both sports will have tryouts and cuts on the same days so it is not possible to do tryouts for both at the same time.

Schedules 2025-2026

Student schedules were emailed to Troubiemail accounts and parent emails June 30. While we have done our best to minimize course conflicts, there may be times when we are unable to honor all requests. This may occur when a student requests classes that are offered simultaneously during the same block, such as Advanced Placement, Honors, or specialty classes like Student Leadership. Additionally, when classes reach capacity (for example, Yoga) we have substituted another course in the same department. These substitutions or omissions are not considered a mistake.

For questions, please reach out to counseling@stfrancishs.org. Counselors will be available in August to answer specific schedule questions.

Wellness Form

This confidential form is used to help us schedule meetings with parents before the school year begins, when possible. While some of the information is also captured on the emergency card, this form provides a much more comprehensive view of your daughter’s health and wellness needs. It has proven to be an invaluable tool in helping us better support our students from the very start. It’s especially helpful for students enrolled in summer school, as it allows us to address any needs or concerns early on.
