Wellness Form

This confidential form is used to help us schedule meetings with parents before the school year begins, when possible. While some of the information is also captured on the emergency card, this form provides a much more comprehensive view of your daughter’s health and wellness needs. It has proven to be an invaluable tool in helping us better support our students from the very start. It’s especially helpful for students enrolled in summer school, as it allows us to address any needs or concerns early on.

Athletics at St. Francis

Final Forms is where you sign up for any sports your student is interested in playing this year. Coaches use Final Forms to send out emails about summer workouts, tryouts, and important updates — so if you’re not signed up, you’ll miss out!

Not sure yet? Sign up anyway! You can always opt out later.

Sports Physicals
Required before participating in any sport, including summer workouts.

Students will not be allowed to participate without a completed physical. Our Coaches are required to turn away students who are not cleared.

If you have questions or need help uploading, please contact our Certified Athletic Trainer & Assistant Athletic Director, Kelly Ketcham.

Coach Communication
Once registered on Final Forms, you’ll receive updates via email. Once workouts begin, many coaches also use Google Chat to communicate quickly with registered athletes.

PowerSchool & Schoology
St. Francis uses two components of the PowerSchool system for parents to track their student/s progress while they are at St. Francis.

PowerSchool Student/Parent Portal is where parents and students will find:

  • Term Report Cards (four times each year at Q1, S1, Q3, and S2)
  • Transcripts (2 times per year at S1 and S2)
  • Daily Attendance
  • Class Schedule (available after June 30th)
  • Locker Information (available in August)

*Please note that we no longer use the PowerSchool mobile app.

Schoology is a learning management system that shows parents and students important class information, day-to-day assignments, due dates, and assignment grading. Classes will be populated in early August.

All new families will be emailed login credentials and instructions in late July 2025.

Current families can continue to use their current login information.

Chromebooks During the Summer

Chromebooks left dormant during the summer can result in battery failure and device malfunction. Schedules 2025-2026

Student schedules will be emailed to Troubiemail accounts and parent emails June 30. While we have done our best to minimize course conflicts, there may be times when we are unable to honor all requests. This may occur when a student requests classes that are offered simultaneously during the same block, such as Advanced Placement, Honors, or specialty classes like Student Leadership. Additionally, when classes reach capacity (for example, Yoga) we have substituted another course in the same department. These substitutions or omissions are not considered a mistake.

For questions, please reach out to counseling@stfrancishs.org. Counselors will be available in August to answer specific schedule questions.

Chromebook Apps and Extensions for 25-26

Over this past year, the Technology department has been monitoring the performance of school-issued Chromebooks. We have noticed that many apps and extensions downloaded by students are slowing down the Chromebooks due to high memory use and tracking. Due to this, on June 1, the school will be limiting the types of apps and extensions available to download on the school-issued Chromebooks to only those that are approved by the school.
