SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The St. Francis 4×100 relay won the Thunder Invitational Saturday with a time of 49.61. The team of Ariane Arndt, Lillian Enes, Sydney Hunter and Kiani Reyna was the highlight of the meet for the Troubadours in an event with limited participation due to the rain throughout the day.

Reyna also ran in the 100 meters, finishing second overall with a time of 13.68. Hunter was 13th in the 400 meters in 1:05.14 just ahead of Ellie Linn in 14th in 1:05.53.

Emma Kennedy and Maggie Oys competed in the frosh/soph high jump, finishing second and seventh overall. Nicole Spring was second in the frosh/soph long jump with a leap of 15-5.

Senior Emily Egan (4-2) and junior Anna Kashuba (4-0) competed in the varsity high jump, finishing 11th and 15th overall. Senior Elizabeth Campbell was 10th in the triple jump (27-9.25), while Benite Rutaganira was 11th (25-11).

The Troubadours compete against Pleasant Grove on Wednesday before sending a group to the Stanford Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
