SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Freshman Nashla Aguero shot a three-over 39 to tie for the low score for the team and help the team to a victory over Pleasant Grove in a Delta League dual match Wednesday at Haggin Oaks Arden Arcade court.

Aguero tied Sadia Sadiq of Pleasant Grove for the low round of the day.

St. Francis (2-0) remained undefeated in dual play with the nine-stroke victory. Sophomore Olivia Alcoran posted a 41, tying for third overall. Junior Lauren Allen recorded a 42.

Other St. Francis scores include a 44 by both junior Chase Saca and sophomore Patricia Sweeney. Junior Lauren Liberatore carded a 45.

St. Francis returns to the course on Sept. 20 with a match against Davis at Macero CC.
