Three Troubadours Named to Sacramento Bee All-Metro Team

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Senior Kylie Green was the selected to the Sacramento Bee All-Metro first-team, leading three Troubadours on the team including Anna Donald (second team) and Marissa Gollnick (honorable mention).

Green, who is from Gold River, led the Delta League with a 437 kills during the season while averaging 3.7 kills per set, the second-best mark in the league. She ranked seventh in Division I in kills (29th in the state). She had 24 games of 10 or more kills, earning selection to the Delta League first team. She has signed with UC Irvine.

Donald, who is from Sacramento, recorded 197 kills and 90 total blocks on the season for the Troubadours. She was a Delta League first-team choice. She had season-highs of 14 kills against Woodcreek and 10 blocks versus Granite Bay. She signed with UC Davis to play volleyball next season.

Gollnick, who is from Elk Grove, led the team with 1,023 assists on the season, the fifth best total in the Sac-Joaquin Section while averaging 8.7 per set (10th-best in the section). She signed with Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She earned all-tournament honors at the Mitty Invitational and was an All-Delta League selection.
