We need volunteers to help with the graduation ceremony on May 25th from 5:30 to 9:30 pm. You will be helping with seating special needs guests, taking tickets, handing out programs and general clearing up afterwards. This will be good for double hours for the 2017-2018 school year. Volunteers are needed for the Alumnae Reunion taking place on campus Friday, June 9th and Sunday, June 11th. The Advancement Department is seeking parents to volunteer for a variety of positions including check-in, set-up, and clean up for the event. Click HERE to see all opportunities.
Bottles of water are needed. Please drop of water donations on Tuesday and Wednesday (April 25th and 26th) on the pallets by the student drop-off zone near the red metal gates. Attach your receipts to the Parent Volunteer Hours form for credit. You receive 1 hour for every $5 spent up to 12.5 hours (6 for single parents).

The Boosters have many opportunities for parent hours available including our annual Booster Ques for Diving, Swim & Track (together this year for one large exciting Booster Que!). Revelry wine donations can qualify for parent hours (bottles must have a minimum $20 value). You can earn one hour per $5 spent with receipt (maximum of 12 hours.) Please turn in your receipts with your Parent Service Reporting Form.

For Clean Up Duties: Please bring gloves, hats, and gardening tools for planting flowers, trimming trees, raking planting beds, weeding, etc. Five people will be assigned blowers or power vacuums (hearing and eye protection will be provided).
