  Chromebook Pick-Up & Training
All incoming students are provided a school-issued Chromebook to
use while attending SFHS.  Students must attend a pick-up
and training session, scheduled at various times throughout the
summer. During this session, students will be familiarized with
the Chromebook and learn about the software platforms used during
  the school year.

To sign up for a session,
  please register online.
Please note: Summer school students will get their Chromebook and
training during their summer course and do not need to sign up
  for an additional pick-up session.

  PowerSchool & Schoology
St. Francis uses two components of the PowerSchool system for
parents to track their student/s progress while they are at St.
  Francis.

PowerSchool Student/Parent Portal is where parents and students
  will find:
- Term Report Cards (four times each year at Q1, S1, Q3, and S2)
- Transcripts (2 times per year at S1 and S2)
- Daily Attendance
- Class Schedule (available after June 30th)
- Locker Information (available in August)
*Please note that we no longer use the PowerSchool mobile app.
Schoology is a learning management system that shows parents and students important class information, day-to-day assignments, due dates, and assignment grading. Classes will be populated in early August.
All new families will be emailed login credentials and
  instructions in late July 2025.

Current families can continue to use their current login
  information.

Register on Final Forms – Due August 7th
Final Forms is our official online registration platform used for
back-to-school forms, including medical and emergency
information, and forms that are required prior to participation
  in athletics at St. Francis.

All incoming families should have received an email about their
Final Forms login information on May 23.  Parents will need
to complete their students’ back-to-school registration
information no later than August 7th.
