Salary Range is $88,000 to $93,000

The Annual Fund Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing St. Francis Catholic High School’s annual fundraising efforts, primarily focusing on securing recurring donations to support the school’s operational and programmatic goals. The Annual Fund Officer provides day-to-day management and oversight for the St. Francis Fund and leads the development of strategies that result in the achievement of dollar and participation goals. The Annual Fund Officer coordinates all annual fund solicitations of parent, grandparent, alumnae, alum parents, faculty and staff. This is a full-time, year-round position with flexibility needed for occasional evening/weekend hours.

Salary range is $75,000-$78,000 per year.

Alumnae & Constituent Relations Associate

The Alumnae & Constituent Relations Associate is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive engagement program designed to provide meaningful opportunities for volunteerism, personal and professional development, and events and programs for alumnae to enhance loyalty, dedication and support for St. Francis Catholic High School.  This position is responsible for relationship building, output of communications, and event support that ultimately strengthens alumnae involvement, including alumnae parent involvement, with the financial support of the school.  The Alumnae & Constituent Relations Associate supports all Advancement Department activities and donor relation programs including the annual fund, fundraising events, and legacy gifts.  The ideal candidate is a resourceful individual with superior interpersonal, relationship-building, written, and organizational skills, who is also a self-starter, able to handle multiple priorities, and detail-oriented. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Salary range is $69,000-$71,000

The Enrollment Management Associate plays a vital role in connecting St. Francis High School with prospective families, partner schools, and the greater Sacramento community. This position is responsible for building a robust student Ambassador program and creating programs and materials to support the Admissions program in the recruitment and retention of incoming freshman and transfer students. This position also helps build and lead summer camps for students in 1st to 8th grade. This is a full-time, year-round, hourly position.

Rate of pay is $24-$27 per hour.

This person will facilitate the effective and efficient operations of both the President’s and Principal’s Office, including matters related to the Board of Trustees in accordance with the Board’s bylaws and governance processes. The person in this role must possess a high degree of integrity as the position is exposed to sensitive and confidential information. This person must exercise good judgment and be able to make sound decisions without supervision. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Rate of pay is $25-$28 per hour.
