Cultural Engagement Specialist

Working with administrators, faculty, and staff, the Cultural Engagement Specialist at St. Francis Catholic High School is responsible for identifying needs, promoting honest discussion of racial diversity issues, and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment to initiate the steps needed to sustain an inclusive, welcoming community, consistent with the mission of the school.  The Cultural Engagement Specialist will continue the vision and strategy already in place that champions the importance and value of a diverse and inclusive community. This position will directly support the Principal and will further engage administration, faculty, staff, and students to build a welcoming and inclusive culture at SFHS. This position will serve as an advisor and resource for the Executive Team, Administration, Faculty, Staff, and Students in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Cultural Engagement Specialist, under only general supervision, will design training initiatives on cultural competency and other topics designed to increase awareness and support of equity and inclusion in keeping with Catholic Church teaching. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Salary range is $71,000-$75,000 per year.

Rate of pay is $22-$25 per hour.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management teams. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with the HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the School to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the School. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the School’s financial position, its midrange plans, culture and competition. The person in this position must be an active practicing Catholic with knowledge and understanding of the Catholic Church in general and the Diocese of Sacramento in particular. This is a full-time, year-round, exempt position.

Salary range is $75,000-$80,000.

Annual Fund Officer

The Annual Fund Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing St. Francis Catholic High School’s annual fundraising efforts, primarily focusing on securing recurring donations to support the school’s operational and programmatic goals. The Annual Fund Officer provides day-to-day management and oversight for the St. Francis Fund and leads the development of strategies that result in the achievement of dollar and participation goals. The Annual Fund Officer coordinates all annual fund solicitations of parent, grandparent, alumnae, alum parents, faculty and staff. This is a full-time, year-round position with flexibility needed for occasional evening/weekend hours.

Salary range is $75,000-$78,000 per year.
