St. Francis High School loves having our grandparents involved on campus! There are many opportunities to experience the high school world your granddaughter is enjoying, from “Meet a Parent/Grandparent for Lunch” days offered each semester, to myriad sports and arts events, and Masses which are generally offered monthly, to all the great community events beginning with the Fall St. Francis Community Celebration to our Crab Feed and Revelry Gala.
The Grandparents’ Club is a growing group of grandparents who want to get more involved, get to know each other, learn more about St. Francis and enrich the granddaughter/grandparent relationship. As a member, you will be added to regular school communications and receive updates about Club meetings and events. All grandparents of our students and alumnae are welcome!

Grandparents’ Club Purpose Statement
Our purpose is to support our granddaughters and the St. Francis Catholic High School community with our time and talents to enhance the academic, social and faith-filled experience for all. We enthusiastically welcome all SFHS grandparents and encourage your engagement in supporting St. Francis Catholic High School and your granddaughters through service opportunities and social activities.
Grandparents’ Club Mission Statement
Create opportunities for all current and former SFHS grandparents to share in and experience fun, beneficial, and spiritual activities in support of the St. Francis Catholic High School community. This will enhance grandparent-granddaughter relationships and create lasting memories and a legacy of grandparent involvement at St. Francis Catholic High School.
A Grandparents’ Prayer
Lord Jesus, help families and society to value the presence and
roles of grandparents.
May they never be ignored or excluded, but always encounter respect and love.
Help them to live serenely and to feel welcomed in all the years of life which you give them.
Mary, Mother of all the living, keep grandparents constantly in your care, accompany them on their earthly pilgrimage, and by your prayers, grant that all families may one day be reunited in our heavenly homeland, where you await all humanity for the great embrace of life without end.
