We will update this page with Class of 2025 Graduation Information as we know more. We ask that families check their email regularly, as that will be our first method of communicating updates with you. Parents, If you need to update your information, please do so here.

Graduation Ceremony Graduates & Invited Guests
Thursday, May 22, 2025 (3:00-5:00pm)
Location: Memorial Auditorium
Doors open at 1:30pm and front entrance doors will close at 2:30pm for Procession. Doors will reopen once all Graduates have processed in.

Safe and Sober Grad Night 2025 Graduates Only
May 22, 2025
10:00pm – Check in at SFHS Rec Room
10:30pm – Party begins!!! Load your Ziplock bags with water and snacks for the bus (all provided)
11:00pm – Load buses for Disneyland
May 23, 2025
8:00am – Arrive at Downtown Disney; unload buses
9:00am – Enter Disneyland Park -Attendees will have a Park Hopper Pass to go between Disneyland and California Adventure
11:00pm – Load buses; leave Disneyland
May 24, 2025
6:00am – Buses return to SFHS; Dads’ Club providing “DADS and GRADS” grab and go breakfast upon return; Attendees met by parents/family.

Graduation Regalia
Must be pre-approved by the Dean

In an effort to better acknowledge and honor the diverse backgrounds of our students, graduates may wear one (1) item of personal significance related to their ethnicity, culture, religion, nationality, race, color, and/or ancestry during Graduation only, as long as the item is consistent with Catholic church teachings and the mission of our school. 

Students may also wear a CSF/NHS honor society cord.  Caps cannot be decorated.  No other decorations or symbols are allowed.

Cafeteria Balance
Students will be notified by May 5th

Seniors are notified if they have a balance in their “mySchoolBucks” cafeteria account greater than $10. A final notice will be sent on Wednesday May 14th with their remaining “mySchoolBucks” balance if it is greater than $10. If there is a younger sibling that will be attending St. Francis in the fall, the balance will automatically transfer to the younger sibling. If there is no younger sibling, students will be given the option to donate the funds to the St. Francis Fund to provide tuition assistance for incoming students or receive a refund check sent to their home.

​Graduation Cap & Gowns

Graduation gowns will be distributed in front of the College and Counseling Center on May 2nd, following the Farewell Mass at 11:10am.

Reminder: Graduation Caps and Gowns may be out on hold if you have any outstanding tasks such as, outstanding bill with finance, MySchoolBucks, outstanding library books, any outstanding loans or payments due to the technology office, incomplete Christian Service Hours or athletics uniform needed to be returned. 

Any questions or concerns can be directed to the Assistant Principal’s Office.

Senior Free Dress Privileges
Used Uniform Collection

Starting April 7: Seniors may wear college shirts and flip-flops.

Starting April 14: Full free dress begins.

April 14: Used uniform collection begins—students may drop off used uniforms.

Reminder: Uniforms are required for AP Exams.

Dress Code Considerations:

  • April 30: Awards Ceremony
  • May 2: Farewell Mass
  • “Dress Code/Open Dances” rules apply. Seniors must adhere to the dress code policy and wear appropriate attire. Please reference the handbook for all Dress Code guidelines.

Senior Final Exams

Attendance and discipline records will be reviewed after Easter Break. Seniors who must take finals due to attendance or discipline issues will be notified during the week of April 28 (not before).

Teachers will notify students individually if they are required to take a final due to grades. Dates for these exams may vary.

Elective & P.E. Courses: Seniors may be required to take a final, regardless of their grade in the class.

Troubie for Life Survey

This survey will be sent out in April and is due April 30th. It will only take a few minutes for seniors to complete and needs to be submitted before graduation please. There is an opportunity to give a shout out to a faculty or staff member that made a difference in your life and we would like you to please provide contact information (email and cell phone) for future school communications.

Disneyland Safe and Sober Grad Night 2025
Tickets on sale now

Class of 2025 Grad Night. St. Francis Catholic High School Sacramento, CA

Tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Only 160 tickets are available. Once capacity is reached, tickets will no longer be available. No Refunds after March 7, 2025. Exception ~ If all spots are purchased, you may find another student willing to purchase your spot. 

Total cost $425 (paid in full or installments) – Includes transportation by chartered bus, snacks before departure and on the bus, and a 1-Day Park Hopper pass. Attendees will need money for food and drinks while in the park. First portion of payment ($210) is due at time of registration, second portion ($215) is due April 1st.
