How to Apply as an International Student
Thank you for your interest in joining the St. Francis community as an international student. We are excited to guide you through each step of the admissions process.

International Students – Enrollment Process

Thank you for your interest in St. Francis High School. We are honored that you are considering our community as the place to continue your educational journey. As an all-girls Catholic college-preparatory school, St. Francis offers a uniquely empowering environment where young women lead with confidence, pursue bold thinking, deepen their faith, and excel academically without limits. We would be delighted to walk you through the enrollment steps as an international student and support you every step of the way as you explore what makes St. Francis such a remarkable place for young women to learn and grow.

STEP 1: Complete the Online Application

Online Application

Application Fee: $100
Tuition Fee: $20,000 (includes registration fee)

Paid in full before the start of school, once the student is accepted.

STEP 2: Submit Transcripts & Evaluations

Incoming 9th Grader (Freshmen): Official copy of the 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade transcripts. Please contact your current school for an official copy of your transcripts. Please mail to SFHS, or deliver in a sealed envelope to SFHS.

Incoming 10th or 11th Grader (Sophomores & Juniors): Official copy of transcripts for the previous & current high school grades. Please mail to SFHS, or deliver in a sealed envelope to SFHS.

Evaluations (2): One from the English Teacher and one from the Math Teacher. Instruct the current school to complete confidential forms and mail or email to SFHS. There is also a link available to complete the evaluation in the application portal.

Note: All transcripts & evaluations must be translated into English.

STEP 3: Required Documents for International Students

  • Copy of Passport
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of standardized test scores – TOEFL or another English proficiency exam

STEP 4: Schedule Student Interview

After you have submitted all of your documents, let’s schedule the interview. Send an email to kbarbosa@stfrancishs.org with “Student Interview” in the subject line. We will send you available dates & times for a student interview during the week of this month. Currently, all interviews are conducted via Zoom.

STEP 5: Enrollment Decision Process

All documentation & the results from the student interview will be reviewed by the Admissions Team and a decision will be made on acceptance into St. Francis High School. At that point, we will contact the family with the next steps.
