St. Francis Catholic High School is committed to integrating faith into the learning process, promoting the gospel values of Jesus Christ, building community, and providing opportunities for worship.  Creating a truly sacred space when we gather will enable us to do that.

This year’s Hands Up for Troubies, “Sacred Space: Sacred People,” will allow us to transform our gym for our community activities – liturgies, assemblies, prayer services, and athletic and special events. 

Here are the items needed to enhance our use of the space and enable more people to participate:

• New altar, liturgical linens, processional San Damiano Cross, podium, ambo, and Book of Gospels holder.
• Techie crow’s nest above sound room, upgraded cameras and sound equipment, lighting, and projectors.
• Protective carpet squares to replace worn floor tarps.
• Backdrops to cover the bleachers.
• Other liturgical and safety items including rails for stage stairs and removable bleacher seats for communion aisle.
