Message from the Principal – 2/26/19

Dear St. Francis Families,

Late last night, some of our students came across a disturbing posting on Instagram, in which an unnamed individual posted threats and pictures of possible school shootings in the Sacramento area today. Based on the information made available by the Sacramento Police Department, St. Francis Catholic High School was not one of the identified schools.

Principal’s Newsletter 2/22/19

Dear St. Francis Families,

This was a short week and it is hard to believe we are approaching the end of February, along with the end of the 3rd Quarter on March 1st. We are cognizant that this time of year brings some added stress, as Christian Service hours are due on Thursday, February 28th, and the end of the grading period is quickly approaching. Please reassure your daughters there is still time to improve their overall grade/s, and meeting with teachers now is better than waiting until the end of the semester.

Principal’s Newsletter 2/08/19

Dear St. Francis Families,

As the first full week of February comes to an end, and Christmas break seems like a long time ago, the remaining weeks of the spring semester are going to accelerate pretty quickly. There are 13-weeks remaining in the school year, and plenty of work to do in the meantime. Please encourage your Troubie(s) to keep their eyes on the prize and not lose sight of the finish line, whether it be graduation or completing their current grade level. Summer break will be here before they know it.

SWAP DAY PARENT SURVEY – 2/01/19

Switch With A Parent (SWAP) Day is a unique St. Francis High School experience, providing parents the opportunity to get a glimpse of their daughter’s world for a day. Our hope is that parents gain greater understanding of their daughter’s school experience, build relationships with other parents, and deepen engagement in our community.  That said, we’re always seeking ways to improve and remain relevant, and ask for your feedback  to help us in these efforts.

Please complete this survey, regardless of whether you attend SWAP day or not, by Sunday, February 3rd at 11:59 p.m. Thank you in advance!
