In our continuing efforts always to be elevating and optimizing the St. Francis High School experience, we are seeking the participation of volunteers who are willing to share their thoughts and insights, here on campus, during an evening later in September.

Emergency Response Measures
It is St. Francis High School’s commitment to ensure the safety and security of all members of our community. If an emergency occurs during school hours, school administrators will determine a specific course of action and oversee the release of students. Softball and Lacrosse “Limited-season” Workouts

Sophomore Retreat Registration
Dear Sophomore Parents,
Our first Sophomore retreat of the year is next week (August 25 -after school to August 26 – end of the school day). These retreats are a great way for students to make new friendships, learn more about themselves, and start the school year positively. St. Francis Catholic High School Proudly Announces its New Assistant Principal
St. Francis Catholic High School is proud to announce Heather Moloney as its new Assistant Principal. Moloney, who is an alum of St. Francis Catholic High School, has been serving as the social studies department chair for the past eight years. She will assume her new role effective Monday, August 1.
“The work St. Francis does in providing an all-girls Catholic education is so important. I want to ensure the traditions, high standards, support, and inclusivity of the school continue for many generations to come,” said Moloney.
Reminders from Athletics
Please mark your calendars now for the fall sports parent meeting: Thursday, August 18 at 6:00pm in the St. Francis gym. This provides an opportunity to meet your daughter’s coaches, learn team and department policies and procedures, and find out what parent service opportunities are available.
School Picture Day
Yearbook ID photos are taking place on August 8th and 9th for all students in the gym. Red polo shirts are required for ID pictures.

Freshman Orientation & Overnight Retreat
Freshman Orientation is on Tuesday, August 9th and Freshman Overnight Retreat is on Friday, August 12th to Saturday, August 13. Please click the links above for details on how to register and prepare for those events. You also received an email on July 19th titled “Freshman Orientation And Overnight Retreat” with details.
Final Forms
All new and returning families are required to update their emergency information in Final Forms no later than August 1. We ask for these forms to be signed once each year, and the site is available throughout the year so parents can update the information if needed.

All students are invited to become a part of the Epicurean team in the St. Francis Dining Hall.
Class of 2026 & Transfer Student Chromebook Pick-Up
Chromebooks for the Class of 2026 and transfer students can be picked up in Room 332 on July 27 (8:00am-12:00pm) and August 1 (3:00-5:00pm).

Chisolm, who previously served as the Associate Athletic Director at University High School in San Francisco, will assume his new role effective July18. We are thrilled to welcome Ryan to the St. Francis community.

Dr. Fadia Desmond Named President, CEO of St. Francis Catholic High School
St. Francis Catholic High School is proud to announce and welcome Dr. Fadia Desmond as its new president and CEO. Desmond, who previously served at St. Francis as assistant principal from 2015-2018, and has spent the last four years at Jesuit High School in the same role, will assume her new post in July. We are thrilled to welcome her home.
