Jeremy Toy is Fine Arts Technical Director at St. Francis and teaches theatre tech. His career began in his own high school tech class across the country, solidifying his professional interests. Since then, he has spent the past decade honing his craft.

Kiera Anderson is a St. Francis High School alumna (Class of 1999) and a member of the performing arts department. After many years as a professional actor (member: Actors’ Equity Association), director, choreographer, and teaching artist in New York and Los Angeles, she returned to Sacramento in 2016. She began working at St. Francis part-time as a teacher and choreographer in 2016, joining the faculty full-time in 2019.

After studying under his father, Jesus Romo, from the age of 10, Adan attended the University of California at Berkeley where he received a BA in Art History with a focus on Renaissance sculpture. He began teaching at St. Francis in 1998 and was instrumental in building the current Visual Arts Department. In 2001, he was named a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, giving him the opportunity to study in Italy under master marble artisans and attend the Academy of Art in Rome.
Mrs. Tina Harris, Performing Arts Department Chair, joined St. Francis in 2006. She has experience teaching many forms of music, including vocal, piano and choral. Prior to St. Francis, she taught in San Juan Unified School District and Los Rios Community College District. She has sung with the Sacramento Master Singers since 1998 and served as the Assistant Conductor from 2004 to 2015. She is the proud mother of Madison, SF Class of 2016.
