2022 AP Testing Information

Hello AP Students and Families, 

We have completed the first week of AP Testing with one more week to go (5/09/22-5/13/22).  If you have not paid your registration fee, you can pay it by going into your daughter’s MySchoolBucks account. If you have any questions, please reach out to Tara Leung at tleung@stfrancishs.org.

For Exam Dates/Times/ Locations, see attached AP Calendar. Morning Exams start at 7:30 a.m. Please make sure to be on time.

Dress Code: Sophomore and Juniors must be in uniform. Seniors may be in free dress (following the guidelines). 

Lunch After Morning Exams

There is a 30-minute lunch break following the morning exam. Students are expected to go to the remainder of classes, unless your parent called the attendance line, then you can check out like normal. 

What to Bring on Test Day: Students must bring school ID, #2 pencils (mechanical pencils are not allowed), and calculators, if permitted. Water and snacks are recommended.

Prohibited: Cell phones, electronic devices, and watches of any kind – they MAY NOT be used during the break. Cell phones and electronic devices MUST be turned off and left in backpacks, lockers, or left at home.

Calculators (Bio, Calculus, Chemistry and Physics): – Visit the College Board website, and click on the link for your course for calculator specifications. 

Test Security and Administration Policies – Review “Test Security and Test Administration Policies and Procedures Bulletin for AP Students and Parents – The College Board” to prevent any situation which might result in cancellation of your scores.
