Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the Athletics Department and the over 500 student athletes who represent the Troubadours throughout the season. 

The basketball teams continue tournament play over the holiday break. The varsity team will travel to Arizona for the Nike Tournament of Champions December 18-22. The freshman squad will play in a tournament at Del Campo December 21-23. The varsity team will compete in the West Coast Jamboree after Christmas Dec. 28-30, the JV team will play in a tournament at Antioch (December 28-30) and the freshmen team will play in a Rocklin tournament (December 28-30). For a complete look at the athletics schedule, click here.

Natalie Woodruff’s Make-A-Wish Moment

St. Francis volleyball player Natalie Woodruff helped light the Tree during the Holiday Party at The Wishing Place on Dec. 10. Following the lighting, Natalie learned that her wish to go to New York at Christmastime would be coming true. Golf Coach Cindy Mah-Lyford Resigns to Accept Collegiate Position

January Madness

The St. Francis varsity basketball team will play Davis on Friday, January 8 at Sleep Train Arena at 6 p.m. and at Christian Brothers for the Holy Hoops contests on Saturday, January 9. The Davis game is part of a doubleheader with the Jesuit- Davis boys game tipping off at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the game can be purchased online for $30 and includes a ticket to the February 29 Sacramento Kings game against the Oklahoma Thunder . To purchase tickets, go here. Holy Hoops Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, December 29. Students will receive a link to the online sale to their school email account.
