Ways to Give to SFHS

Fundraising is a vital part our culture. We are committed to continuing the St. Francis traditions of faith, leadership, excellence and service.

While tuition covers roughly 85 percent of the operating budget of the school, additional resources are necessary to carry a St. Francis education forward. Through gifts of time, talent, and treasure, the philanthropy of our community supports outstanding programs and facilities, and provides tuition assistance to more than 24 percent of our families.

Sophomore Family Mass this Sunday

Dear Sophomore Parents,

We are so excited to see you on Sunday at 10:00am for the Sophomore Family Mass! This is a wonderful opportunity for the Sophomores and their families to come together to celebrate class unity and the Vanellope Von Schweetz sisterhood.

Some instructions for the morning: Mass will begin at 10 am so please come early to check in. The check-in tables will be located in the foyer of the gym. You will be able to pick up your prayer cards that will be used in the Mass and Pax et Bonum pin. If you ordered a ring through Jonsten’s, they will be available to pick up starting at 9:40am. If you are bringing another ring or piece of jewelry to be blessed, bring it and keep it with you. Please hold on to the pin and other items being blessed until Mr. Mendoza leads the blessing ritual.

During the Mass, we will be taking up a collection in support of our sister school in Jirapa, Ghana, Africa. These funds help purchase basic food and school supplies for St. Francis of Assisi Girls Senior High School. As always, your generosity is appreciated.

After Mass, there will be a short video highlighting some of the best memories of the Class of 2025 so far. Then, there will be a reception with light refreshments as well as places to take photos for keepsakes. It will be a wonderful morning and we are looking forward to spending it with each of you!
