March 12 Thursday :

7 Parent Volunteers needed 5:30pm – 9:30pm

Please arrive at the theatre wearing comfortable shoes and dressed in white shirt or blouse and black pants. An arts apron will be provided. You will be helping with ushering, working the box office, etc. You will not be able to watch the show.

1 Volunteer Needed for Cookie Pick-Up/delievery at 6:00pm

Pick up 200 large size cookies from Cosco (Cosco membership is required). Cookies need to be delivered to the Arts building before 6:00 PM.  Receipt should be submitted to be reimbursed.

English-type small shortbread cookies. NO NUTS OR NUT PRODUCTS PLEASE. Cookies to be delivered to the theatre between 8:00am and 3:00pm.

Scottish plaid is the themed attire for this evening, you may want to wear some too. You will be helping with ushering, working the box office, etc. You will not be able to watch the show.
