As we approach the final deadline for Christian Service hours, I want to take a moment to thank you for the ways you encourage your child to engage in service. We know that these experiences not only fulfill a requirement but also shape their hearts, broaden their perspectives, and deepen their sense of compassion for others.

Final Christian Service Deadline: Friday, March 14, 2025

• Students may log hours until the end of the day on March 14th, 2025.  
• Verification of direct service at an approved nonprofit must be received for hours to be accepted.
• If the minimum cumulative service hours are not met by that time, students will be ineligible for extracurricular activities starting Wednesday, March 19th, at 3:00pm. Eligibility resumes once all outstanding hours are served, logged, and verified in MobileServe.

Minimum Cumulative Service Hour Requirements:

• Freshmen (Class of 2028): 10+ hours
• Sophomores (Class of 2027): 15+ hours
• Juniors (Class of 2026): 20+ hours
• Seniors (Class of 2025): 30+ hours

(Service requirements are prorated for students who started at the semester. The service period for this academic year began on June 1, 2024.)

As we near the deadline, we encourage you to check in with your student about their progress. If they need assistance finding service opportunities or logging hours, please have them reach out—I am happy to help.
