Track and Field competes at the Sac-Joaquin Section Trials and Finals in the next step towards qualifying for the state championships. Swimming and Diving will be represented at the CIF State Championships May 20-21. Twenty-One Troubadours Earn River Cats All-City Sponsored by SportsStars

St. Francis had 21 selections to the River Cats All-City teams sponsored by SportsStars presented prior to the game on May 8 at Raley Field. The Troubadours had student-athletes selected to each team led by four from the Sac-Joaquin Section winning water polo team. Click here to see the photo gallery.

Alumna Zoe Nightingale Wins NCAA Title with USC Beach Volleyball Team

Alumna Zoe Nightingale ’11 helped the top-ranked USC Trojans win the inaugural NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship with a 3-0 win over No. 2 Florida State. The Women of Troy completed the year on an incredible 30-match winning streak.

Volleyball Open Gym, Conditioning and Tryout Dates

The St. Francis volleyball team will hold open gyms starting May 31. Open Gym is open to all SFHS students.  (Students must have a current 2016-2017 St. Francis High School Physical Form on file with the Athletic Director in order to participate.) Click here for more information.

Basketball’s Lauren Craig Signs with Pepperdine

 St. Francis senior Lauren Craig has committed to play basketball at Pepperdine University next fall on a full scholarship. Read the release here.

Diver Molly Wilson Wins Sac-Joaquin Section Diving Title

Sophomore Molly Wilson won the Sac-Joaquin Section Diving Championship and will represent St. Francis at the CIF State Diving Championships. Read the release about her win here.

St. Francis Sports Physical night- Wednesday, June 1, 2016 6-8 p.m.

St. Francis will be hosting Sports Physical Night for the 2016-17 school year on June 1. A complete Physical exam with discounts available for Lifetime (free) and 4-year ($5) Booster Club Members.

Please be aware, if you are not accompanying your child to the event you must complete and sign permission slip in advance as well as sign the bottom of the health history on the physical form. Both forms can be found below.

The Troubie store will be open during the event and we will be hosting our ever popular Used Uniform Sales in the CLC. Gates will open promptly at 6 p.m.

We will also be offering Diocesan-approved fingerprinting services ($44), if you plan to drive other students to athletic events or volunteer on campus this is the cheapest opportunity to have your fingerprints done for the Diocese.  Please note, fingerprinting only need to be completed once during your time as a St. Francis parent and if you were fingerprinted for a diocesan elementary school you do not have to be re-printed.

If you choose to have your physical completed by your doctor please note that all exams must take place after June 1 and forms are due to the Athletic Department by August 1 if participating in a Fall Sport. Please have your physician compete the St. Francis form found on our website or at the link listed below.
