Seniors received a Final Transcript & College Plan Form in homeroom on Tuesday, April 15th. If they were not on campus, blank forms are available in the counseling office.

 This form asks seniors to share the admission decision for each college to which they applied, and asks them to indicate their college of attendance. Information from these forms will dictate where final transcripts are sent in July. The form is due to the Counseling & College Center by May 2nd.
