We officially welcomed our Vanellopes into our beloved community of more than 12,000 alumnae! We loved taking a look back at some of our favorite memories from the Class of 2025! If you missed the video, or just want to see it again, you can watch it here.
We are happy to provide special accommodations for our families who may need ADA seating during the Baccalaureate Mass and Graduation Ceremony. Please note that at the graduation ceremony, one adult will be invited to accompany the individual requesting seating accommodations. (If one person needs special seating, they will be invited to have a family member sit with them.) This option is available for our Senior families who can’t walk up and down stairs, utilize a mobility device, or any other mobility assistance.
A detailed seating chart will be provided to each senior in homeroom on Thursday, May 8. We hope this information will help families decide where to sit when arriving at Memorial Auditorium for the graduation ceremony.
On the day of Graduation, graduates will be at Memorial Auditorium from 11:30-3:00. Graduates will not be allowed to leave the building once they enter, and no food can be delivered (by family or delivery service) to Memorial Auditorium, per their policy. To accommodate lunch, graduates are allowed the following two options:
Be sure to minimize what you bring with you on Graduation Day as space in limited and bag restrictions apply. All bags brought into Memorial Auditorium must be smaller than 8″x6″x1″ or clear. This applies to graduates and all guests. Please review Memorial Auditorium’s Bag Policy and prohibited items HERE.
In an effort to better acknowledge and honor the diverse backgrounds of our students, graduates may wear one (1) item of personal significance related to their ethnicity, culture, religion, nationality, race, color, and/or ancestry during Graduation only, as long as the item is consistent with Catholic church teachings and the mission of our school.
Students may also wear a CSF/NHS honor society cord. Caps cannot be decorated. No other decorations or symbols are allowed.
The Black Student Union (BSU) invites you to be in community with us during our inaugural Rites of Passage Ceremony, honoring and recognizing our graduating seniors at St. Francis. Our goal is to continue to create a legacy and an expectation of achievement, excellence, leadership, community, and success among Black Troubies at St. Francis by having the entire community share in these tributes together. All are welcome, but an RSVP is encouraged.
Congratulations on your graduation! Diploma & Cumulative File Pick-Up for the Class of 2025 is on May 28 & 29, 2025, from 8:00am to 1:00pm to pick up the following items:
Seniors received a Final Transcript & College Plan Form in homeroom on Tuesday, April 15th. If they were not on campus, blank forms are available in the counseling office.
This form asks seniors to share the admission decision for each college to which they applied, and asks them to indicate their college of attendance. Information from these forms will dictate where final transcripts are sent in July. The form is due to the Counseling & College Center by May 2nd.
Upon graduation, seniors can keep their school-issued Chromebook. If they do not wish to keep the device, they may return it to Technology beginning on May 13. Instructions on how to move school files to a personal Gmail account and remove the school’s management will be sent out on May 21. School email addresses will remain active until August 31. After that date, student email and Drive data will no longer be accessible. If your daughter has questions, she should reach out to SFTech@stfrancishs.org.
Gently used uniforms can still be donated back to SFHS. There is a bin outside Room 340. Any questions can be directed to Dean Cost.
All lockers must be cleaned out by May 13.
Anything left in lockers will be thrown away or donated back to the school.
If you have any questions about the book buyback process, please reach out to Mrs. Van Houten in the front office.
