Cross Country Advances to Sac-Joaquin Section Meet

ANGELS CAMP, Calif. – The St. Francis cross country team cruised to a fourth-place finish to easily earn a berth in the Sac-Joaquin Section meet next weekend. The top 10 teams advance from the Subsection.

Camille Boudreaux was the top finisher for the Troubadours, clocking a 20:20 time for a 12th-place finish. Peyton Bilo finished 21st in 20:41, while Chase Worthen was 26th in 20:48 led a large group of St. Francis runners. Worthen joined Ariel Medina, Miranda Myers, Madison Rawson and Lauren LaRocco who crossed the line almost simultaneously.

Macee Moreno was the top finisher in the JV race finishing sixth overall. McKenna Peterson was seventh overall in the Frosh/Soph race.
