I went to San Jose State for my bachelors in business and knew I wanted to get into pharma. I started working at Enterprise Rent-a-Car to get account management and sales experience. Once promoted, I got my first contract pharma sales job and gained 2 years of experience on 2 different contracts and then landed a permanent position at Novo Nordisk selling the blockbuster drug, Ozempic. Novo Nordisk has also invested in my growth by moving me to New Jersey last year for 6 months to be a part of their Commercial Development Program and also paying for me to go back to school and get my masters at Sac State in Business Analytics in Healthcare.
