Josie Noronha has always been interested in harnessing their creative energy in unexpected ways. After graduating in 2010 from SFHS, Josie became a Digital Media major at Otis College of Art and Design, then took a stab at working in educational video games before entering public service with different California state departments. They currently work for the California Housing Finance Agency and are thrilled to be in a role where they can work on web development, graphic design, video editing, and livestreaming all in one place.
